PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

ACCEPTANCE

Jicable brings together an expert committee to propose current topics on isolated power cables that are the subject of a call for papers. The authors freely submit abstracts of their proposed papers.
Jicable brings together a scientific committee made up of recognized personalities in the cable community, taking care of the geographic distribution of its members from five continents, their affiliations, academics, TSOs, manufacturers, test laboratories, and consultants. The scientific committee is made up of about 70 members under the authority of a president.

The chairman of the Jicable19 Scientific Committee is Professor Emeritus Ja-Yoon KOO from Hanyang University, Korea.

The scientific committee evaluates the submitted abstracts, accepts them if they are relevant to the themes of the conference, and if they are of an innovative nature that is either economic or technical or scientific for our sector of activity.
Accepted abstracts then allow the development of a scientific program organized in oral sessions of 6 papers (with exceptions) and in poster sessions.

FULL PAPERS

Authors are informed of their participation in oral sessions or poster sessions and must then submit a full paper of up to 6 pages in a precise format according to a template provided (http://www.jicable.org/resources/template_and_guidelines_for_the_submission_of_the_final_paper.dotx ); all communications are grouped in the proceedings of Jicable19.

ORAL PRESENTATION

The authors of oral communications prepare a powerpoint presentation of 12 minutes which will be presented during their oral session. A blank presentation template is available to authors who must use it (see guidelines hereafter).
